Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch & Processing

Note: "Estimated Delivery" starts from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

3. Discrete & Secure Packaging

All vials are shipped in professional, padded, and discrete packaging.

  • No Branding: There are no mentions of "peptides," "research chemicals," or specific product names on the exterior of the package.

4. Research Use Only Compliance

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms:

  • Recipient Responsibility: The recipient must be a qualified researcher or laboratory professional.

  • Usage: Materials are shipped strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Any indication of intent for human or animal consumption will result in the immediate cancellation of the order and a permanent ban from our services.

  • Customs (International): For orders outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for ensuring the products comply with local laws and for paying any import duties or taxes. [Company Name] is not responsible for packages seized by customs due to local regulations.

5. Delays, Losses, and Damages

  • Damaged Goods: If a vial arrives cracked or compromised, you must notify us at sales@preptide.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging., we underdtand

  • Lost Packages: A package is not considered "lost" until 10 business days have passed since the expected delivery date (per Royal Mail/Carrier guidelines). After this period, we will open an investigation and, if verified, issue a replacement.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

6. Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the requirement for strictly controlled storage conditions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a package has left our facility. This ensures the purity and chain of custody for all researchers
